Job Description

Tasks:

  • Managing a team of several people;
  • Monitoring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of activities related to the duties performed;
  • Directing subordinate staff and coordinating workflow, including but not limited to: distributing work, assigning staff in case of absence, providing technical assistance and resolving problems within the supervised unit;
  • Managing and resolving escalations;
  • Establishing a daily workflow plan and schedule to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory deadlines;
  • Provide high quality service and effective operational support to all assigned internal and external customers;
  • Leading, developing and motivating assigned staff.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English; Experience in an international (English-speaking) environment will be highly desirable;
  • Readiness to work from Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 6 am (8 hours shifts);
  • Leadership and people management skills;
  • Developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Nice to have: knowledge of or experience in banking operations/financial services;
  • Nice to have: experience in managing people
